Be guest chef for a night… at the NZ School of Food and Wine

Become a guest chef for the night in August this year at the New Zealand School of Food and Wine’s fourth Wine & Food Celebration in Auckland.

The annual event also includes the revived New Zealand Sommelier and Junior Sommelier of the Year Competition on the same day – Sunday 20 August. Wine professionals will put their knowledge and service skills to the test, opening a bottle of Louis Roederer champagne as they compete in front of judges, including school founder and director, Celia Hay.

This year’s event also includes wine and food classes, tastings and the chance to learn how to become a polished food photographer at the first Insta dinner ever held at the event. Food and beverage experts and bloggers will share tips on how to photograph food. The winner of this event will enjoy a dinner for two at Clooney restaurant at Victoria Park in Auckland.

The Wine & Food Celebration is at the New Zealand School of Food and Wine from Saturday 19 August to Monday 21 August.
