Champagne Bollinger and Negociants New Zealand are teaming up to host a tasting of the new prestige cuvee (top champagne of this producer) at The Bresolin restaurant in Wellington on Thursday 23 May.

The ticket includes a four course meal matched with Champagne Bollinger, hosted by Guy di Rivoire from the house of Bollinger.

Bookings are essential for this dinner and cost $195 per person – that’s less than the cost of the Bolly bubbles that will be served at the dinner.
