Windy city tasting

Taste the A to Z of big reds… Wednesday 27 July, 6pm to 8pm with me at Regional Wines in Wellington

What do Argentina, Adelaide, Wellington’s Basin Reserve and Zinfandel have in common?
Ordinarily, the answer might be: not much. But a tasting at Regional Wines & Spirits in Wellington this Wednesday night will reveal what makes Argentinian Malbec, Australian Shiraz and Californian Zinfandel tick.

We’ve called this tasting Black Beauties because it’s a good description of how these wines look when poured – deep purple in colour, verging on black, with a depth of flavour to match their smooth, soft and full bodied taste.

Find out more about these great reds (and big reds from other wine countries too) and learn how to taste with me at Regional Wines at the Basin Reserve in Wellington (the not so windy city right now) this Wednesday 27 July from 6pm to 8pm.

We are nearly booked out… and have a couple of spaces still available. Bookings are essential, phone Regional Wines & Spirits, 04 385 6952.
